Ameet Malhotra’s CV

Ameet joined The Tonic team in 2005 and is a Yoga/Relaxation presenter and CIPD trainer. He believes passionately in the power of positive well being for the good health of individuals and organisations and is brilliant at conveying these messages through his focused, caring and empathic style of teaching.

Ameet has been teaching Yoga since 2001 and originally studied on the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course in India. He has continued his studies ever since and specialises in improving people’s concentration, awareness, focus and energy. His expertise lies in improving the personal effectiveness of everyone he works with.

Ameet has worked with Tesco, Next, Her Majesty’s Prison Service, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Lambeth Hospital, Greenwich Community College, Broxtowe County Council, Southwark Adult Education.
