Get to know Ameet Malhotra
How did you get started in the business of fitness/wellness?
My Grandma was a yogi, she planted the seeds for me as a boy. Then later on in life I had back problems (some days I couldn’t walk) and thought if I don’t do something about it now at 25 imagine how I’ll be at 55! So I started Yoga and immediately knew this is what I wanted to do. So I started the path and I’m still amazed by it everyday!
