Average lifestyle ratings at programme start: 113 Average lifestyle ratings at programme end: 133 An uptick of 20 points meaning participants are an average of 11% happier with their wellbeing. In just a few weeks. Amazing.


Changes and results...


Better food = better energy Better snacks in the car means eating at the right times and less time thinking about what / when to eat so better focus for work I took action right away. It paid off.


A few little tweaks have made a big difference.


Walking the dog more.


Getting out of the chair / car more regularly


Partner doing healthy eating / activity as well


Pre-planning food is fairly straight forwards – secret is to get the shopping list right


Enjoying work more - linked to the lifestyle changes.


Have now established ‘minimum acceptable level’ and won’t compromise


Gym routine going well


Prepping food in advance – lunches and dinners
