Eurobank Bulgaria has a great tradition of supporting their people and we were honoured to be asked to join this effort.

We began in 2023 with a group kick off session to the Executive Committee leadership team to help everyone focus on what wellness means to them right now and then we gave each of them the opportunity to take part advantage of some individual wellness and performance coaching.

Throughout the course of 2024 we also delivered regular group workshops to tackle the key themes to help everyone fast-track their progress and learn from each other.
