Regular wellbeing workshops and consultations focusing on exercise, healthy eating, sleep, resilience, balance and mindfulness keep the staff at tmgroup on track with their healthy living objectives.


The wellbeing programme at tmgroup began in January 2016 and by the end of the year had been shortlisted for an Employee Benefits Award based on the range of the initiatives offered and the improvements this has created for staff turnover, retention and morale.
