In 2020 we were commissioned by Walmart Canada to support the health and wellbeing of the senior leadership team.

Starting at the top of the business we delivered a programme of group workshops and individual performance coaching which was then rolled out to successive levels of the business, with some amazing results.

After working with several hundred colleagues the programme was rated 96%.
