Karen Stone

Yoga & Mindfulness

Karen is our expert in all things yoga, mindfulness and meditation.  She had a wealth of experience in these disciplines and combines this with her training as an NLP master practitioner to deliver amazing results for everyone she works with.  


Sessions with Karen can include many elements of yoga, relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, movement and visualisation, all shaped around the requirements of each group.


Karen trained in Sivananda Yoga in 2000 and to this day continues exploring other styles of this practice, regularly completing courses and workshops throughout the year.


She previously worked in Film and Theatre sculpting and painting and found that practicing Yoga kept her calmer during tight deadlines. Having benefited so much from her own Yoga practice she is super keen to share the benefits with others.
