4-minute rest & recharge


This is a very quick mindful practice that will help you take a pause in your day, release any physical tension or mental distraction and energise you for whatever comes next.


You can practice this pretty much anywhere.


If you're comfortable to do so, and your environment allows, work through the practice with your eyes closed.


The more regularly you practice slowing your mind, the easier it is to do this whenever you need moments of calm and clarity.
